Returns
At Zoharet, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

Eligibility: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).

Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Sale or discounted items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
To initiate a return, please contact us at wecare@zoharet.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective.

Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns based on item condition and packaging.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring that your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at wecare@zoharet.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional charge.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If your refund has not been processed, feel free to contact us at wecare@zoharet.com.
International Orders
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges. Please note that shipping costs for returns are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
At Zoharet, every creation is crafted with care, precision, and respect for artistry. Our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring each one carries its own unique character. As a result, slight variations in natural stones, pearls, or textures are inherent and a mark of authenticity. Every product undergoes meticulous quality checks before leaving our atelier.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged in transit.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- If your order qualifies for return, the item must be returned unworn, in its original packaging, with the barcode tag intact.
How to Initiate a Return

Notify Us Within 3 Days: Please inform us at wecare@zoharet.com within 3 days of receiving the order.

Share Photographic Evidence: To facilitate a return, send us a photograph of the product. Once reviewed, our Quality Control team will assess and approve the return request.

Return Authorization & Collection: Upon approval, we will arrange for the pickup of the damaged or incorrect product at your convenience.

Replacement Process: Once we receive the returned item and complete the quality check, we will dispatch the correct or replacement product promptly.
Please note: We are not liable for any returns that have not been communicated in advance, nor for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in the case of:
- Packages lost in transit.
Refund Timeline: Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will reflect in your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the amount.
No Refunds or Returns
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in the following scenarios:
- Incorrect, outdated, or incomplete delivery addresses (e.g., PO Box formats).
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
- Packages refused by the recipient.
- Sizing issues — please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
- Products returned used or damaged.
- Minor colour, texture, or design variations. As our pieces are handmade using natural stones, subtle differences are part of their beauty.
- Non-faulty or undamaged products.
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
Authenticity Guarantee
All products purchased through our official website, www.zoharet.com, are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Zoharet cannot verify or vouch for items purchased through unauthorized channels.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Each Zoharet piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to order, and production begins as soon as your order is confirmed. We kindly request you to make your purchase mindfully, embracing the artistry that goes into each creation.
