Custom Orders: If you have placed an order for custom or personalized jewelry, processing may take longer. You will be notified of the estimated shipping time upon order confirmation.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. After dispatch, you will receive another email containing tracking information for your shipment.

For international orders, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and will be collected by the customs authorities or the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the carrier, we will notify you and offer to resend the package. The additional shipping costs for re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
While we take great care in packaging your jewelry securely, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package (or if it hasn't arrived by the expected delivery date).
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at wecare@zoharet.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will either send you a replacement or process a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost Packages: In case of a lost package, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If your package cannot be located, we will either reship your order or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.
