At Zoharet, we take immense pride in the crasmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is
carefully handcraed by skilled artisans, making it unique and special. As a result, slight
variations in natural stones and pearls are to be expected, as these materials are inherently
one-of-a-kind. Before initiating a return, please take a moment to understand our policies
outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
● The product was damaged in transit.
● You received an incorrect product.
To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition it was received:
unworn, with the original packaging, and with the barcode tag intact and untampered.
Steps for Making a Return
1. Notify Us:
Inform us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us at
wecare@zoharet.com.
2. Submit a Photograph:
Send us a photograph of the damaged or incorrect product. The return will be
approved at the discretion of our Quality Control (QC) team.
3. Collection Arranged:
Once the return is approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected from
your location.
4. Replacement Dispatched:
Upon receiving the returned product and completing a quality check, we will
dispatch the replacement or correct product.
Refunds will only be processed in the following case:
● Packages lost in transit.
Refund Process Timeline:
1. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, the
refund will be processed within 10 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that additional
time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
No Refunds or Returns Will Be Accepted For:
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.
2. Incorrect address formats, including PO Box addresses.
3. Packages refused by the recipient.
4. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
5. Products with minor color or design variations due to the handmade nature and use
of natural stones.
6. Customized or personalized jewelry.
7. Sizing issues (please refer to our size guide before purchasing).
8. Orders not reported for return within the stipulated time frame.
9. Non-faulty or undamaged products.
Guarantee
All products sold on Zoharet's social website are guaranteed authentic. We cannot
comment on the authenticity of products purchased from any other source.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Every Zoharet piece is meticulously
handcraed, and production begins immediately after an order is received. We request you
to carefully review your order before placing it.
