If your product is damaged, it must be returned within 3 days of receipt in its original condition for a replacement or refund.

Yes, all Zoharet products are insured from port to port during transit.

13. Awaiting payment ?

Your order has been received but payment confirmation is pending. 

Being validated: Your order is being processed. 

Confirmed: Your order and payment have been validated, and the product is in production. 

Shipped: Your order has been dispatched. 

Canceled: Your order has been canceled due to non-payment or customer request. 

14. How can I check my order history ?

Log in to your Zoharet account and click on "My Orders" to view your order history and receipts.

15. What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Log in to your account and check the "My Orders" section. If your order status is marked "Shipped" but the delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service at conciergerie@zoharet.com or request a callback from a Zoharet advisor. 

16. Can I send my order to multiple addresses ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver products to multiple addresses in one order.
